2月14日，建设银行发布公告称，该行董事会会议于2026年2月13日在北京以现场会议方式召开，会议审议通过了关于中国建设银行2025年绩效薪酬追索扣回情况报告的议案。2025年总行管理干部及相当层级人员绩效薪酬追索扣回17人次，涉及金额人民币199万元。
