近日，四川省政府网站“省政府领导”栏目更新显示，南充市委书记张冬云已任省人民政府党组成员。
公开报道显示，张冬云出生于1969年12月，长期从事纪检监察工作，曾任四川省纪委常委，四川省纪委常务副书记、省监委副主任等职。

2024年1月，张冬云任南充市委书记。至此番调整。
