荷兰国防部当地时间2月13日宣布，将于16日派遣“约翰·德威特”号两栖运输舰赴挪威北部参加“寒冷反应”军事演习，该演习已被纳入“北极哨兵”行动。荷兰国防部说，运输舰部署了海上作战参谋部、海军陆战队，以及包括两架NH90海上作战直升机在内的直升机部队。（央视新闻）
