厦门港务公告称，拟通过发行股份及支付现金，向厦门国际港务购厦门集装箱码头集团70%股权，并向不超35名特定对象募配套资金。2026年2月13日，公司收到证监会批复，同意其发行796,854,165股股份购买相关资产，以及发行股份募集配套资金不超35亿元，批复自下发日起12个月内有效。公司将在规定期限内办交易相关事宜并及时披露信息。
