财联社2月13日电，欧盟委员会宣布批准环球音乐集团收购Downtown Music的拟议交易。该批准的前提是双方公司完全履行承诺，包括Downtown完全剥离其版税核算平台Curve Royalty Systems。2024年12月，环球音乐集团旗下Virgin Music Group宣布将以7.75亿美元现金收购Downtown Music。
