近日，上海虹口一男子史某在无斑马线路口横穿机动车道后“被撞”，想要索赔千元“私了”。交警到场后，结合视频录像和行人反应，判定行人存在“碰瓷”嫌疑，属地派出所将其带回调查后发现，史某近一年关联90余起交通事故类警情，系职业“碰瓷”。目前，犯罪嫌疑人史某因涉嫌诈骗罪被依法采取刑事强制措施，案件仍在进一步审理中。
