2月13日，蔚能宣布完成C3轮股权融资，本轮融资金额为10亿元，截至目前蔚能C轮累计融资金额达近20亿元。据蔚能介绍，在创始股东追加投资，引入海宁经开、海南澄迈、眉山东坡数家国有资本股东的基础上，公司在C3轮融资中进一步引进合肥建投、合肥经开两家重要股东。
