上述消息显示，邱晓伟已任葫芦岛市委常委宣传部部长。
邱晓伟出生于1972年，此前任辽宁省委宣传部二级巡视员。
之前担任葫芦岛市委宣传部部长的张建华已任葫芦岛市委组织部部长。
