财联社2月12日电，俄罗斯外交部副部长里亚布科夫就是否可能在美国进行第三轮乌克兰问题谈判时表示，下一轮谈判的具体时间与地点仍在讨论中，在达成一致前不会对外公布。里亚布科夫同时指出，从各方面来看，阿布扎比作为谈判地点有利于开展工作。
