2月12日，电科网安（002268）发布公告，近日公司副总经理周俊和吴向阳辞去职务。吴向阳因个人原因辞职后将继续在公司工作，而周俊辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司董事会于2026年2月11日审议通过聘任谢宇和杨宇为副总经理，任期至本届董事会届满。
2025年前三季度，电科网安实现收入7.57亿元，归母净利润-2.13亿元。
