人民财讯2月12日电，晶瑞电材(300655)2月12日公告，公司拟在四川彭山经济开发区投资建设西部地区集成电路制造产业链配套关键材料综合基地，主要包含年产20万吨超高纯电子级及工业高纯配套硫酸项目，年产22万吨蒸汽项目，年产3万吨超纯电子级双氧水等集成电路电子材料项目，集成电路产业配套废酸再生循环利用项目。计划总投资6亿元，其中固定资产投资3.5亿元。
