2月12日，飞亚达（000026/200026）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到高级管理人员陆万军提交的辞职报告，因工作原因申请辞去副总经理职务，但辞职后仍将担任公司总法律顾问。
2025年前三季度，飞亚达实现收入26.75亿元，归母净利润1.25亿元。
