2月12日，三七互娱（002555）发布公告，副总经理朱怀敏因工作安排申请辞职，辞职后仍在公司任职。
根据相关规定，朱怀敏的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。朱怀敏的原定任期为2025年7月17日至2028年7月16日。
2025年前三季度，三七互娱实现收入124.61亿元，归母净利润23.45亿元。
