立讯精密公告称，公司于2026年2月5日召开董事会会议，同意注销相关人员已获授但未行权的股票期权。其中，2021年激励计划中，113名离职、考核不达标人员的102.75万份期权被注销；2019 - 2022年激励计划中，因到期未行权的47.76万份期权也被注销。2月12日，经结算公司审核确认，上述合计150.50万份股票期权注销事宜办理完成。
