2月12日，淮北矿业（600985）发布公告，公司总工程师朱世奎因达到法定退休年龄辞职，辞职后不在公司及控股子公司任职。聂政因个人身体原因辞去副总经理职务，辞职后将担任首席专家一职。
2025年前三季度，淮北矿业实现收入319.25亿元，归母净利润10.70亿元。
