2月12日，盛剑科技（603324）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到张伟明的辞职报告，因公司战略发展需要，张伟明辞去总经理职务，但仍担任董事长及其他相关职务。
公司于2026年2月12日召开董事会，审议通过聘任常程为新总经理，任期至第三届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，盛剑科技实现收入8.31亿元，归母净利润3071万元。
