甘肃省政府官网显示：近日甘肃省政府任免工作人员，任免张天龙任甘肃省能源局局长（副厅长级），免去其甘肃省发展和改革委员会副主任职务。
张天龙曾任甘肃省发展和改革委员会重点项目管理处处长、办公室主任，2023年4月任甘肃省发展和改革委员会党组成员、副主任至今。
