2月11日，最高人民检察院举行新闻发布会，介绍2025年全国检察机关加强高素质检察队伍建设情况。据介绍，目前，检察队伍中40岁以下年轻干部占比50%以上。
近3年来，最高检先后组织3批“80后”基层检察院检察长到最高检实践锻炼，并选派最高检近百名机关干部到地方、基层一线挂职、任职、实践锻炼，进行“补课”“墩苗”。（经济日报记者 李万祥）
