2月11日，苏盐井神（603299）发布公告，副总经理刘洋因工作调整于2026年1月26日辞职，辞职后将担任控股子公司江苏国能石油天然气有限公司的党委书记。刘洋持有公司股份11万股。
同时，公司于2026年2月11日召开董事会，决定聘任刘鹤春为新总经理，任期至第六届董事会届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，苏盐井神实现收入33.57亿元，归母净利润4.10亿元。
