商务部副部长盛秋平2月11日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，商务部将持续优化消费场景，提升消费新体验。办好“购在中国”20余场专题活动和15场“城市专场”活动，营造浓厚消费氛围。支持15个城市开展国际化消费环境建设试点，近期已会同财政部下拨首批10亿元资金。进一步优化离境退税政策，拓展入境消费。
