中国农业部周二发布的2月份供需展望报告显示，2025/26年度中国玉米、大豆及食用油的产量、进口和消费预测保持不变。
报告显示，尽管整体影响有限，但部分油菜籽作物仍受到寒冷天气的影响。湖北、湖南、江西等省份的低温、雨雪天气导致作物受损。
