2月10日，金埔园林（301098）发布公告，公司与渭南市临渭区创新创业基地投资开发有限责任公司的诉讼案达成庭外和解。
根据和解协议，截至2026年2月3日，临渭创业基地确认欠付公司工程款1亿元，并同意以现金及资产相结合的方式清偿。公司和临渭创业基地向渭南市中级人民法院提交撤回案件的申请。
2025年前三季度，金埔园林实现收入4.79亿元，归母净利润-9629万元。
