据“吉林发布”2月9日消息，中央批准，李明祥同志任吉林省委委员、常委。吉林省委决定，李明祥同志任吉林省委组织部部长。
李明祥，1969年5月生，山东冠县人。曾任中共中央对外联络部部长助理兼干部局局长等职，2022年12月任中共中央对外联络部副部长，至此番履新。
