2月10日消息，追觅科技创始人兼CEO俞浩微博发文回应“为何年底不忙”。他表示，因为没开过一个年终总结会，没开过一场年底述职会，也没开过一场年度战略会议！
“那我们没有年度战略吗？年度战略，平时就要思考就要沟通啊。其他也是如此，比如述职，平时看到做得好的直接涨薪不就完了。很多公司的管理很死板又净干没有意义的事。”他说。
