2月9日，ST天圣（002872）发布公告，公司与兴业银行重庆分行签订了《流动资金借款合同》，借款金额为2000万元。公司以其名下位于垫江县的房产为该笔借款提供抵押担保，关联方刘爽为该笔借款提供连带责任保证担保，并签订了《最高额保证合同》，保证最高本金限额为3000万元。
2025年前三季度，ST天圣实现收入3.49亿元，归母净利润-4534万元。
