据应急管理部消息，2月7日，山西省朔州市山阴县佳鹏生物科技有限公司（实质是违法小化工作坊）发生爆炸事故，造成8人死亡、3人受伤。为防范同类“挂羊头卖狗肉”企业再次发生事故，国务院安委会办公室决定对该起事故查处实行挂牌督办，要求山西省对事故提级调查，尽快查明事故原因，依法依规严肃追责问责。
