北京商报讯（记者 刘一博 冯若男）2月9日，北京商报记者从锅圈所发布公告中获悉，董事会审议通过相关议案，同意公司与宋河集团订立采购框架协议，集团向宋河集团采购酒水产品用于日常使用及向客户销售。自公告日至2026年12月31日止的十一个月，集团拟向宋河集团采购酒水产品的总金额上限为2亿元。
