2月9日，大悦城（000031）发布公告，董事陈朗因已达退休年龄，申请辞去公司董事职务。陈朗原定任职期间为2023年8月14日至2026年8月13日，其辞职自辞职报告送达董事会时生效。
2025年前三季度，大悦城实现收入206.48亿元，归母净利润-5.33亿元。
