近日，浙江杭州。卢女士花15元用无人洗车机洗车，把上百万的保时捷洗坏了，车子前保险杠、轮眉、后视镜车漆被刮，车衣也破了，维修费要一万多块钱。
卢女士说当天洗车完全是正常操作，对方应该承担责任，却只肯承担1000块钱，她无法接受。洗车技术部经理表示洗车的技术没有国外那么先进，设备的改进正在沟通中，对于赔偿不是很清楚。 （闪电新闻）
