财联社2月9日电，癌症驱动突变是指某些基因突变能直接推动正常细胞向癌细胞转化。一个国际科研团队绘制出全球首张完整的癌症驱动突变图谱，揭示了癌症关键基因中数百种突变如何影响肿瘤生长。当与真实患者数据比对时，这张图谱能准确预测癌症的行为。相关成果发表于新一期《自然·遗传学》杂志。
