精致美甲早已成为女性日常，但指尖闪耀的背后，物理损伤、感染、化学辐射等健康隐患却常被忽视，尤其频繁美甲，可能导致指甲结构永久性损伤。指甲的生长根基是甲母质，频繁打磨或暴力卸甲很容易损伤它。一旦甲母质受损，恢复周期长达一两年，严重时可能永久无法复原。一年美甲建议不超过3次。
