金太阳公告，公司与东莞市和世邦科技有限公司及东莞华金通讯科技有限公司签订了《房屋租赁合同》。公司将位于广东省东莞市大岭山镇连环路的部分厂房及宿舍出租给和世邦科技与华金通讯作生产经营使用，租赁期为6年。和世邦科技的租赁总费用为40.5万元/年；华金通讯的租赁总费用为165.6万元/年，租赁总费用每三年为一个增幅周期，增幅率为10%。
