《食品安全国家标准 预制菜》（征求意见稿）今起公开征求意见。
标准明确，预制菜不包括：主食类食品、净菜类食品、即食食品和中央厨房制作的菜肴。
同时，标准对预制菜保质期作出要求，最长不应超过12个月。不得使用防腐剂、尽可能减少食品添加剂。
