2月6日，天士力（600535）发布公告，公司与美国Arbor Pharmaceuticals, LLC.于2018年签署的《许可协议》因Arbor公司被Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Inc.收购而终止。终止后，Arbor公司将不再拥有T89（复方丹参滴丸）相关适应症在美国的独家销售权。根据《许可协议》，公司最终收到相关款项750万美元。
2025年前三季度，天士力实现收入63.11亿元，归母净利润9.84亿元。
