2月6日，据报道，监管文件显示，LG新能源将终止与Stellantis集团的合资企业，并将收购Stellantis持有的合资企业NextStar Energy 49%股权。
2022年3月，LG新能源集团与Stellantis集团双方以合资的形式共同建立了该合资企业。
