据日本总务省消防厅统计，以日本海一侧为中心持续降下的大雪等灾害，自1月20日以来，已在10个道府县造成42人死亡。
截至6日上午8点30分，按都道府县划分，死亡人数最多的是新潟县，为15人；其次是秋田县8人，青森县和山形县各5人。（总台记者 林博翰）
