连辑，男，汉族，1955年10月生，山西沁源人，1974年8月参加工作，1975年10月入党，研究员，辽宁大学文学学士，清华大学经济管理学院（EMBA）高级工商管理硕士，俄罗斯布里亚特国立大学名誉博士。2011年8月至2016年2月任甘肃省委常委，省委宣传部部长。
