2月5日，九州通（600998）发布公告，控股股东楚昌投资提前解除质押1720万股，占其所持股份的3.74%及公司总股本的0.34%；同时，其一致行动人上海弘康办理质押1600万股，占其所持股份的1.47%及公司总股本的0.32%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份22.91亿股，已质押股份总数为13.12亿股，占其所持股份的57.27%及公司总股本的26.02%。
2025年前三季度，九州通实现收入1193.27亿元，归母净利润19.75亿元。
