脑动极光（06681）发布公告，公司于2026年2月5日根据配售及认购协议，按每股5.6港元向卖方配发及发行9200万股先旧后新认购股份。
卖方为一间由公司执行董事、董事会主席兼首席战略官谭铮全资拥有的英属维尔京群岛公司。配售及先旧后新认购事项所得款项净额约为5.01亿港元，用于研发计划、国内及国际市场开发、战略投资及收购和一般营运资金。
