2月4日，湖南交通频道报道，湖南省体育局党组书记熊倪在湖南省两会会场听取意见建议时透露：湘BA+龙超+湘超，都给大家安排了！
熊倪表示：“我们现在计划是上半年，3-6月份举办湘BA的比赛，5-6月份举办龙超，也就是龙舟超级联赛这个活动，在6月中下旬到11月中下旬，举办湘超的比赛，把全年的赛事活动安排得满满的，搞得热热闹闹的，便于老百姓去参与和观赛。”
