《科创板日报》4日讯，日本IC载板大厂揖斐电（Ibiden）今日宣布，公司董事会正式通过了电子业务投资计划。该计划总投资规模约5000亿日元（约合222亿人民币），覆盖2026财年至2028财年，旨在扩充高性能IC载板产能，下游应用领域包括AI服务器及高性能服务器。
