2月4日，科大智能（300222）发布公告，控股股东黄明松将其持有的5598万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的32.76%及公司总股本的7.19%；同时解除质押股份5798万股，占其所持股份的33.93%及公司总股本的7.45%。
截至公告披露日，黄明松累计质押股份占其持股总数的61.38%。
2025年前三季度，科大智能实现收入19.36亿元，归母净利润7159万元。
