格隆汇2月4日｜据外媒，当地时间周二，奈飞(NFLX.O)和华纳兄弟探索公司(WBD.O)将向一个持怀疑态度的参议院委员会作证，为他们价值827亿美元的合并案进行辩护，以反驳有关该合并将损害流媒体市场竞争的指控。据悉，竞标的竞争对手派拉蒙天舞不会出席此次听证会。此前该公司董事长兼首席执行官David Ellison上周拒绝了出席作证的邀请。
