人民财讯2月3日电，长春一东(600148)2月3日公告，一汽股权投资（天津）有限公司（简称“一汽股权公司”）持有公司19.5%股份，拟通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式，减持公司股份合计不超过424.55万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
