观点网讯：2月3日，上海证券交易所披露，上海兴利开发有限公司发行的“国泰海通-华安资产-浦开集团慧智保障性租赁住房资产支持专项计划（住房租赁）”状态更新为“已受理”，受理日期为2026年2月2日。
该资产支持证券（ABS）拟发行总额36.5亿元，承销商为华安资产，募集资金将用于保障性租赁住房领域。
