财联社2月3日电，外交部发言人林剑主持例行记者会。有俄罗斯记者提问，俄美《新削减战略武器条约》将于今年2月5日到期，俄罗斯总统普京已提议将《新削减战略武器条约》延长一年，美方尚未对此作出回应。中方对此有何回应？林剑表示，中方注意到俄罗斯此前就《新削减战略武器条约》后续安排问题提出的建设性建议，希望美方积极回应，真正维护全球的战略稳定。
