上述消息显示，李昆已任云南省机关事务管理局党委书记、局长。
李昆出生于1973年，曾任云南省就业局局长，云南省委副秘书长、省委督查室主任。
在李昆之前担云南省机关事务管理局党委书记、局长的杨承贤出生于1965年12月，于2025年12月被查。
