2月3日，博时均衡回报混合（015276）发布公告，根据相关规定，因本基金在截至2026年2月2日出现连续五十个工作日基金资产净值低于五千万元的情形，已触发基金合同终止条款。
自2026年2月3日起，本基金进入清算程序，不再开放办理申购、赎回、定投及基金转换等业务，停止收取基金管理费、基金托管费及C类基金份额的销售服务费。
