2月2日，《每日经济新闻》记者获悉，蚂蚁集团CEO韩歆毅发布全员邮件，宣布推出“AI Credit”特别激励方案，对于在AI方向有开创性贡献的团队和个人，将在原有绩效激励基础上给予额外的激励。未来两年如相关业务有效提升公司价值，即可解锁兑换成SERs（经济受益权），反之则无法兑换成SERs。
