SpaceX正式确认收购xAI，标志着“火箭+卫星+AI+社交媒体”超级商业闭环的诞生。
马斯克直言地面数据中心受限于电力短缺，计划利用100万颗卫星组成轨道数据中心，直接获取太空太阳能（预计年增100吉瓦算力）。
该计划完全依赖星舰的巨量运载能力，年运送数百万吨载荷。
此次并购正值SpaceX筹备IPO之际，估值或达1.5万亿美元，融资500亿美元。
